Do I need to create an account to use Granadilla?

No, you don’t need to create an account to use Granadilla. You can start managing your tasks immediately, and they will be saved locally in your browser for privacy and convenience. If you want to sync tasks across devices, you can create an account to enable this feature.

How does the time bucket system work?

The time bucket system in Granadilla allows you to organize tasks based on when you plan to complete them. You can drag tasks into buckets like 2-Minute, Morning, Afternoon, and Evening, making it easy to manage your day at a glance.

What is the Eisenhower Matrix view, and how can I use it?

The Eisenhower Matrix is a tool that helps you prioritize tasks by urgency and importance. Granadilla offers a matrix view to help you focus on what matters most. You can use it to quickly triage your tasks within your daily time buckets.

Can I sync my tasks across multiple devices?

Yes, if you choose to create an account, Granadilla allows you to sync your tasks across multiple devices in real-time using Firebase, ensuring you have access to your to-do list wherever you are.

I use Google Tasks - can I sync to Granadilla?

Yes, this is still in beta and you can access it here. It shares your same Granadilla to do list but pulls in any uncompleted Google tasks. If you complete a task in Granadilla it will be completed in Google Tasks and vice versa. Only the status is synced, all other notes, due dates etc remain in Google Tasks.

How secure is my data with Granadilla?

Granadilla offers two options for data storage. If you don’t create an account, your tasks are stored locally in your browser, providing privacy and control over your data. If you create an account, your tasks are stored securely in the cloud using Google's Firebase.

What happens when I mark a task as complete?

When you mark a task as complete in Granadilla, it’s removed from your active task list. You can then use the ‘Done’ button to clear all completed tasks, while any uncompleted tasks are returned to the task pool to be tackled later.

Is Granadilla free to use?

Yes, Granadilla is free to use. You can start organizing your tasks right away without any cost. If you want additional features like syncing across devices, creating an account will enable that functionality.
